祝恒書，中國科學(xué)院計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息中心研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)智能與創(chuàng)新實驗室主任。分別于2009年和2014年在中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)獲學(xué)士和博士學(xué)位，期間作為國家公派聯(lián)培博士在美國羅格斯大學(xué)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)訪問。長期從事大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能與交叉科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的科研工作，曾在百度等多個互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上市企業(yè)擔(dān)任高級技術(shù)管理崗位，擁有豐富的產(chǎn)業(yè)級創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品落地經(jīng)驗。主持包括國家重點研發(fā)項目課題、中國科學(xué)院院級人才項目（領(lǐng)軍類）在內(nèi)的國家、省部級科研項目及校企合作項目10余項。在Nature Cities, Nature Communications, TKDE, TOIS, KDD, ICDE, SIGIR, NeurIPS, AAAI, IJCAI等國際頂級學(xué)術(shù)期刊和會議上發(fā)表論文200余篇，多次榮獲年度最佳論文獎或提名獎。主持研發(fā)了IEEE 3154-2024國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及多個人工智能領(lǐng)域的國家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，公開國際國內(nèi)專利100余項。入選中國科學(xué)院百人計劃A類，曾榮獲教育部自然科學(xué)一等獎、中國管理科學(xué)學(xué)會管理科學(xué)獎（學(xué)術(shù)類）、中國智庫索引CTTI年度智庫研究優(yōu)秀成果一等獎、中國人工智能學(xué)會優(yōu)博論文獎、中國科學(xué)院百篇優(yōu)博論文獎、中國科學(xué)院院長特別獎，獲評北京市高端領(lǐng)軍人才正高級工程師、中國計算機(jī)學(xué)會（CCF）杰出會員，連續(xù)入選了美國斯坦福大學(xué)評選的“全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家”榜單，并被《麻省理工科技評論》評為“2023年中國智能計算創(chuàng)新人物”。
